adventure
It’s our number one priority to provide you with a design experience that is efficient and hassle-free, on track with your budget and timeline, and feels thoughtfully tailored to your preferences and your vision. Fun is also important to us! In our opinion, if you’re not having fun throughout this process, we’re not doing our job.

Space Planning
After we understand how you want your home to function, we begin envisioning the style.
Material Selection
After we have the plan, it’s time to shop around! We hand-select pieces that are meant to last, serve a purpose, and fit your style.
Production
This is where it gets really fun. You are able to sit back while we handle the logistics.
Meet our team
We’re together a lot, like A LOT. So it’s a darn good thing that we respect, admire, inspire, balance and appreciate each other as much as we do. Even when we challenge each other, it ultimately helps us grow and be even better designers. This synergy has been working for us since we started in 2007 and we plan to keep it that way.
Interior Designers Jen Ziemer and Andréa Dixon have been helping their clients realize the potential of their homes for over three decades of combined experience. Their signature play of pattern, color and texture has made them a standout in the interior design circuit.
The two women founded Fiddlehead Design Group in 2007, offering bespoke design services to clients nationwide. From historic spaces like the Corbett home in Cincinnati designed by Frank Lloyd Wright protege John deKoven Hill, to modern tech-connected ‘smart’ homes designed for today’s busy family, Fiddlehead Design Group can expertly manage projects of any complexity. In partnership with a vetted network of talented resources and industry experts, Fiddlehead Design Group will guide clients through each stage of the design process.
Their award-winning work, guided by an uncompromising standard of excellence, has garnered regional and national attention. In 2014, they were named “Innovation Designers” for Better Homes & Gardens and their colorful kitchen design was featured on the cover.
Clients value the trusted partnership that develops so naturally when working with Jen and Andrea. The dynamic designers bring collaborative synergy, palpable energy and a fun-first approach to every project. They take the time to understand the nuances of their clients’ lifestyle to ensure a design solution that’s not only beautiful, but also functional. And the end result, a Fiddlehead-designed home, is a home that is highly attuned to their clients’ personality and lifestyle.
